The project also included site work and a new porte cochere.
Provided construction cost estimating services for Westrust’s 30 acre, 323,000 square foot development that consists of retail and restaurant spaces. Retail spaces vary in size from 6,000 square feet to over 40,000 square feet. Five of the spaces, ranging from 20,000 to 40,000 square feet, are being built for major brand retailers.
