New Seagate Headquarters
Cupertino, CA

Located at what was previously the Solyndra site. Project included the most advanced technological research center, with clean rooms and iso labs. Overall existing facility is 411,600 sf, consisting of renovation of two-story building with a single structure with a mezzanine to include offices, warehouse, and 75,000 sf of classified iso labs with raised flooring, cleanrooms, process mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression, electrical, data communications, fire alarm and information technology. Included 17 classrooms. Construction cost exceeded $125 million.

PG&E Complex Seismic Upgrade
Fremont, CA

Seismic and ADA upgrades to the Fremont PG&E six building complex, a 45,000 sf facility for maintenance and repair of gas meters. This $3.1 million project also included new roofing of the six tilt-up concrete structures. The facility remained in operation during construction.

Located in Winters, California, this project included tarmacs, emergency response, testing facility, as well as major site work.

Refined Resin Technologies Tenant Improvements & Expansion

Oakland, CA

Provided Cost Estimating Services for this tenant improvement and expansion project that consisted of a 496 sf expansion within the existing building envelope, and remodeling the existing 9,732 sf of space over 2-stories, for a total of 10,228 sf. Construction type is V-B sprinklered. Partial new sprinklers were installed in all new and renovated spaces, and additional parking provided. Baumgardner Architecture.
