SFUSD Alice Fong YU Middle School, San Francisco, CA
Renovation and expanded an existing, historically significant elementary school with addition of a new 15,000 Square Ft. middle school complex to create the first Chinese language immersion school in the country. The project included three new building and renovating the existing school building. Project value $4 million.
SFUSD Sunset Elementary School, San Francisco, CA
This new bungalow design showcased three modular classrooms in the same space. Within the interior, we incorporated clerestory windows for day lighting on all four sides of each room and ample cross-ventilation.

Cost estimating services to determine the more cost effective of two scenarios that encompassed a complex renovation or new construction to replace school buildings damaged by flooding. Building a new 15,668 square foot facility at an estimated $4.2 million was the preferred option.

Constructibility review for this project that replaced portables with four permanent classrooms including a computer classroom. The project replaced the existing school roof with a metal roof, replaced covered walkways, and provided adequate staff support areas.
